BelGrant is a grant-discovery and information platform designed to help users identify Belgian grants, subsidies, and public funding opportunities.

BelGrant may include public grant listings, account features, alert tools, and assistant-style guidance.

BelGrant does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, regulatory advice, investment advice, or guaranteed funding outcomes.

Any content, recommendations, summaries, assistant outputs, or rankings are informational only and should not replace professional or official review.

Grant conditions, eligibility rules, deadlines, documents, funding amounts, and administrative procedures may change at any time.

Users remain responsible for verifying all important information directly with the relevant official provider or authority before acting.

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account, except where prohibited by law.

BelGrant may suspend, restrict, or remove access where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms, or address abuse, fraud, or operational risk.

You may provide profile data, company-related information, and alert preferences through the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is lawful, accurate to the extent required for your purposes, and appropriate for your own use of the platform.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the platform in prohibited ways, exploit security issues, reverse-engineer protected parts of the service unlawfully, or use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

You also agree not to use BelGrant in a way that harms the platform, other users, or data sources.

BelGrant may include assistant-style or automated features, including Lucas and alert-generation tools.

These features may summarize, rank, compare, or generate suggested outputs using available data, but they may be incomplete, simplified, or occasionally inaccurate.

Users must apply judgment and verify important outputs before relying on them.

If you enable reminders, digests, or other alerts, BelGrant may send account- or service-related messages based on your saved settings.

BelGrant does not guarantee that every alert will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without interruption. Email providers, user mailbox settings, infrastructure dependencies, and source-data changes may affect delivery.

BelGrant may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, workflows, pages, content, integrations, or infrastructure at any time.

BelGrant does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent uptime, or error-free operation.

BelGrant and its platform design, branding, structure, code, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules unless otherwise stated.

Third-party content, public-source information, and official-provider materials remain subject to their own rights, restrictions, and source ownership.

BelGrant may rely on public data sources, official provider sites, infrastructure providers, authentication providers, hosting, database services, and communication providers.

BelGrant is not responsible for outages, policy changes, errors, removals, or decisions made by those external parties.

BelGrant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

BelGrant does not guarantee funding, acceptance, eligibility, completeness of data, uninterrupted functionality, or fitness for a particular business, legal, or regulatory outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BelGrant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, business, revenue, profit, opportunity, data, or reputational losses arising from or related to use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or costs arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or unlawful conduct connected to your use of BelGrant.

BelGrant may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time.

BelGrant may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version, unless applicable law requires a different standard.

These Terms are intended to apply subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections that may apply to the service and its users. A more specific governing-law and dispute framework may be added later as the business and legal structure of BelGrant evolves.
